Developer and service provider: Brian Samuel, operating under the Rhythm Health brand ("Rhythm Health," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how Brian Samuel and Rhythm Health collect, use, store, share, and delete information when you use the Rhythm Health mobile application or related services.
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
We use this information to provide and secure the Application, authenticate your account, save your progress, personalize coaching and plans, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. Health information is optional unless a particular feature requires it.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at brian82092@gmail.com.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at brian82092@gmail.com.
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide coaching, meal plans, summaries, and other personalized features. Information you submit to those features may be processed by our service providers to generate a response. AI-generated content is not medical advice. We do not sell your personal information or use your health information for advertising.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, name, age, weight, height, and health metrics. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
We share only the information needed to operate the Application with service providers acting on our behalf. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies:
The Service Provider may disclose information as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with trusted service providers who have agreed to adhere to this privacy statement.
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
You may stop using the Application, manage optional permissions through your device settings, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also delete your account from the Profile area when that option is available. To request deletion or exercise another privacy right, contact Brian Samuel at brian82092@gmail.com. Deleting the Application from your device does not by itself delete server-held account data.
We retain account information, health and wellness information, food logs, plan answers, and coaching history while your account is active so that Rhythm Health can provide its features. When you delete your account or submit a deletion request, we delete personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 additional days before they are overwritten. We retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records only for as long as required for those purposes. Aggregated information that no longer identifies you may be retained indefinitely.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, it will immediately be deleted. Contact brian82092@gmail.com if you believe a child has provided data.
The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date.
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time.
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, please contact the Service Provider via email at brian82092@gmail.com.
